Who would’ve thought that you could get the entire Baltimore skyline from Montgomery Park all the way over to Ravens and Orioles stadiums right here from Mount Winans? I would imagine a rooftop deck here would be pretty breathtaking. Most Baltimoreans themselves are even aware of this tightly knit park front neighborhood over here situated between Morrell Park and Westport. It’s pretty much just a couple of blocks of tidy, well presented, old school Baltimore rowhomes that we all know and love except these are just so hidden on the southern side of town that very few know about them and that keeps the price is low. Like, way low right here. We have a covered porch, an enormously deep rear yard with parking, pride of ownership the whole way along and your typical three level three bedroom home that’s all brick and solid as a rock. They don’t make them like this anymore. The condition of this one is actually rock solid, and it already has central air. Just bring your 30 gallons of grey paint (You know, every one using that stuff these days) your shaker cabinets and quartz countertops! With a little elbow grease this one will be shining like one of those expensive houses over there in Canton,,,,but you won’t have all that hullabaloo that they have to deal with over there ! This neighborhood is as quiet as a church mouse . Until those ravens fans start doing their thing!!
