A refundable pet deposit of 150 dollars per pet is required and will be returned at the end of the lease as long as no pet related damage is noted during the move out inspection, consistent with Maryland and Baltimore City regulations. Tenants are responsible for cleaning up all pet feces in the yard and maintaining sanitary conditions at all times.
Pet approval is at the sole discretion of the landlord.
