This home is on oil heat and the landlord has filled the tank which incurs a fee of $490 due before the tenant moves in. If you choose to park on the lot, the parking passes are $400 non-refundable, ONE TIME fee (you will get 2 for the life of your lease). Tenant is responsible for yearly professional cleaning of the fireplace if they choose to use it. If not the landlord will lock the fireplace. The application fee is $35 per adult (anyone over 18) NO PETS ALLOWED
